Yes,our extractors have a warranty of 1 Year from date of purchase. One Year warranty of the products of tube kit, Following the instructions, if the product is damage during normal use, the parts can be provided free of charge. If it is caused by improper operation, if the parts are damaged, the parts must be purchased. Shipping cost is not included.

5.Are your extractors and visible glass tube tested before they are shipped out?
We test every fully assembled extractor and visible glass tube to ensure the safety of our customers and the effectiveness of the equipment.We conduct a water immersion test on the extractor while pressurized at 120 PSI with nitrogen gas.The visible glass is tested to at least 350 PSI.
6.Are your extractors easy to clean and how often should they be cleaned?
Yes. The stainless steel component of the extractors should be cleaned after every extraction with 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Be sure to take special care when cleaning viton rubber gaskets as prolonged exposure to alcohol will degrade the gasket.
7.What is the application scope of extractor?
It depends on a range of variables including,but not limited to,the method of the extraction,the temperature of the solvent,the temperature of the material,and the quality of the material.Our extractors are able to provide the maximum scope from the material packed into the column.Alternatively,you can use the extractor to maximize quality of the product over the quantity.Therefore, it depends on the operator and the goal of the extraction.
