Closed loop extractor is a device used to extract solvent from solid matter. It is widely used in industrial plant concentrates. In the whole process, there are several parts used to extract the solvent. The solvent can be used and recycled in a closed loop extractor, which is very economical for users and very environmentally friendly for people.

The process and structure of the closed-loop extractor are very complicated, so it is always difficult for users to operate it correctly.

The following is the complete working process of the closed-loop extractor:

1. The closed circuit extractor works from the top. The user places the material into the top filled inlet port and then flushes the material into the material column with a solvent, and then the oil passes over the top of the material to be collected.
2. The oily solvent will collect in the collection chamber below the material column.
3. The solvent will evaporate and recover in the collection chamber, while the oil will remain in the collection chamber.
